During June we went to Babby Farms with our cousins! Man, I have been there a lot, now. I'm getting a bit burned out from the place...
But I love seeing this little monkey! I could stay in there all day and watch her! She is so cute. Her name is Minnie and she loves to watch TV. So she has a little TV set up next to her cage. She would hold this blanket and rock back and forth. The attendant said she will steal cell phones, hair clips, watches, rings, anything she can get her hands on if you are close enough to the cage. Funny little monkey :)
For being the millionth time we have gone to this place, Zayne was finally brave enough to enter into the goat corral!! He was in there quite a while, too! The kids always have fun when we go to this place, so I guess it was worth it :)
Back in November or so Owen came home and told me he had had an interesting conversation with a customer he had been calling on. There was talk about switching over from Case tractors to John Deere tractors and they wanted to buy them from Owen. We are talking 12 -14 tractors every other year! Of course it was in its early stages back then so we didn't know too much at that point. Fast forward a couple months and there is more talking and price quoting, etc. They finally decided to do it! Here is a picture of half of the tractors Owen sold. They started coming in about mid June! I am so proud of Owen and his hard work and accomplishments. We went through some really crappy financial years and I want to say that this commission totally makes up for all of those truly hard times. In order to taste the sweet, you've got to taste the bitter; and we tasted that bitter for 5-6 years. Anyway, Owen is doing so great at this job! He is selling like crazy and his boss is truly interested in helping Owen become a great salesman. We have been truly blessed and we thank Heavenly Father every single day, multiple times a day, for Owens employment!
When we go to my sister's houses in Meridian, we usually go the back way, and that includes driving by this beautiful building!!! I like to go out of the way and drive right by it a lot of times, so the kids can see it! Can't wait for the open house in a year or so :)
Mid June also brought my brothers neighborhood garage sale! The kids were SO excited to spend their own money!! Here is a cute picture of Evie and Zayne and their cousin, Lilly :)
After the garage sale I took the kids, along with my older niece, Becca, to the circus! I had been wanting to take the kids every year, but it never ended up happening. I have fond memories of going to the circus with my mom when I was younger. It got kind of long towards the end, but it was fun! I think the kids liked it. Mine and my nieces anxiety was through the roof while we watched some of the circus performers :/
It's hard to tell in this bottom picture, but its a motorcyclist doing jumps!
My Colty-bear loves to smile!!
The kids took swimming lessons the end of June and first week of July. Evie really advanced quickly! I was very proud of her. Zayne hated it; and that's probably an understatement. We all survived, and hopefully next year Zayne will be more interested.
A cute picture taken on one of our many outings to the pool!
Another gorgeous sunset! Heavenly Father loves us an awful lot in order to bless us so much with this Earth's beauty!
4th of July was fun! Half of my siblings came out and swam at our pool in the afternoon and then we met at my other sisters house for bbq and then went to my other sisters house to light off fireworks! The kids had a blast!
